Introduction

One of the best moments of life for a person is those moments when he becomes a parent of a new born. However, the life has its own dilemmas and share of happiness for a human not all people are as lucky to give birth to children, in some cases either the mother or the father has infertile sperm or in some cases both the partners are infertile to reproduce the next generation of their family.

The technological boosts in leaps and bounds have now changed the thought process of the world where the earlier parents didn't gave birth to children and agreed with the fact as God's will, later the technology aided them to identify which partner failed to reproduce and gave birth to children by utilising another source of womb or sperm to reproduce but the technological boost of leaps and bounds have enhanced infertile parents to produce children by donating sperms and other technologies

This paper however, concerns itself with the issues of rights which are already established and further needs to be considered for the child, the parents who gave birth and the parents who are feeding the child after his or her birth. An analysis of the technologies being incorporated to facilitate child birth and what consequences they offer will also be addressed in this particular paper .

Discussion

In cases where couples fail to reproduce children special techniques of artificial or partial artificial means are used to achieve pregnancy this use of technology is known as artificial reproduction technology (ART). ART is commonly used in infertility centres all around the globe to achieve pregnancy. A special case witnessed by these centres is of those couples who have the ability to reproduce but adopt the technology to avoid diseases due to inter course such as HIV Aids. The means of technology are variable for ART which include intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), in vitro fertilization, intrauterine insemination and cryopreservation as the most common means. The technique is not similar for all the types but the core idea is similar in which intercourse is by passed by the means of fertilization of the acolytes or through artificial insemination in a controlled laboratory to reproduce.

Although there are multiple techniques of fertility available and medication is one of the simplest forms, however till date the most effective and expensive technique is IVF i.e. in Vitro Fertilization. The paper will carry details about IVF and the consensus of legal rights developing because of it.
