Though the writer has supported his research argument from the work done by earlier researcher in the field of economy and politics but none of them have made any attempt to evaluate the process of decision making of Ghana and Botswana states on privatization process.

The researcher has used qualitative method of research and assisted his research study from different sources such as governmental organization and interview from different people who have direct or indirect role in the process of decision making.
