Despite voting is compulsory for all literate people aged between 18 to 70 years, it contributes to elect a person legally, since the law provides that a person can only take government positions if elected with the highest number of vote. It is important that the vote is conducted from the satisfaction of the voter for the candidate and the potential for improvement, because the vote should not be seen as an exchange of favors, when voters vote. Moreover, the vote buying is illegal, as well as the exit polls, where a representative of a particular candidate tries to convince people to elect him.
