Introduction

The day we open our eyes, we are experiencing the world around us. The process of identifying meaning from direct experience is called experiential learning. Experiences such as hearing, seeing, touching and feeling. Experiential learning in the group dynamics is the process of learning and adopting tendencies. The developed a social relationship in which they interact and influence each other. Within a group, there is a development of dynamic processes that distinguish group from a haphazard collection of individual. Dynamic process comprises of roles, norms, developments, relations, social influences and behavior effects. Whereas, experiential learning on organizational behavior are the procedure for cognitive change and behavior change arise in the organization. Learning within the organization has been an essentially an optimistic procedure. Experiential learning on group dynamics and organizational behavior influences the pattern of behavior. It is the mixture of grasping and transforming knowledge through experience. Beside this, it influences the managerial area and leadership area of learning and developments.

Formal and informal function of organization

Formal organization has proper rules and laws to run the procedure and structure of organization, or possesses its own defined function. In these organizations, the work pattern is delegated among employees, and they work in order to accomplish the goals of an organization. In any organization, the communication structure and group performance has a tremendous effect on the goals. Here, responsibility, authority and accountability are clearly defined by the management. The formal organization - the backbone of the administrative structure - a system of institutionalized impersonal requirements and standards of behavior, formally defined and entrenched role prescriptions. It resembles a pyramid, horizontal section which describes the, system requirements of a functional division of labor and vertical (hierarchical) - the ratio of power and subordination. The formal organization can be described as a system of units, groups and workplaces (Hollingshead, 1996).

The workplace of the individual worker and the individual structural units in the formal organization is easy to determine the positions that they occupy in the horizontal and vertical sections. In one case, this position is called a function and in the other it termed as status. The system of impersonal rules and requirements has fixed patterns of behavior that constitute the basic elements of culture. They are fixed in role prescriptions. Formal organization with full right to be attributed to one of the most ancient social inventions of mankind, aimed at streamlining management and efficiency of co-operative activities. Since its purpose - to make effective management of people and their behavior controlled and predictable, in the foundation of such an organization is the principle of maximum simplicity and standardization in the relationship. This is achieved by formalizing the role prescriptions, the introduction of impersonal standards and rules governing business behavior in the organization (Kearney, 2009).
