Introduction

Jerome Smith and Talman Hickman, two people who were the member of the Black Gangster Disciples were shot dead on April 28 1984 at 706W, 39th street, Chicago, Illinois. Later on, in the next year there was another person who was arrested on the harge of street gang, his name was Nathson Fields, a 31 year old man and a member of El Rukns street gang, particularly the rivals of the Black Gangster Disciples.
