I expect from the situation that my requests regarding my stock buy-back and sick day issues will be approved by Managing Director of Jamieson, T. Roberts. Interview is a type of formal meeting, conversation or discussion with a person. There are three essential elements of an Interview, the Interviewer, Interviewee and Interview Questions. Interviewer is the person who takes the Interview, Interviewee is the person who gives the answers to the Interviewer and Interview Questions are the key to know, understand and examine the interviewee's capabilities and limitations. The best way to respond is by providing concrete examples of achievements and skills. Compare the requirements of the job offered to profile so that the recruiter sees you are the best person for the job. Employees have a great impact on the success of a company. If they are dissatisfied, they can unintentionally damage to the business or even in the worst case.

I kept in my mind that negotiation is basically a dialogue between two or more parties that aim to reach to an understanding. There could various objectives of the parties who are involved in the negotiation process. The answers given by me have helped Robert to analyze my perceptions, attitude, preferences and motivation regarding the issues. I further interrogate that what should be the maximum limit of education to do this job. Behavioral Interview is the one in which interviewer is basically trying to examine interviewee's behaviors by asking about certain situations. These answers should rely on facts, truth, past experience etc.

I believe that it is very important for an individual to identify his own needs before beginning a negotiation process. It is very important for an individual to create a list of the needs that he wants to fulfill from the process of negotiation. This will help him to generate the strategy to be used during the negotiation process. The next step after identifying own needs is to research about the other parties involved in the negotiation process. This helps the individual to know about the needs of other parties and assist in dealing with them accordingly.

I think is essential for the charismatic leaders to share values with the employees, in order to build trust. This is because the values serve as a code of conduct and guide the employees regarding the things they have to do. Moreover, sharing values also keeps the team focused and keeps them motivated. Employees hold two kinds of values which are explicit and implicit values. In the former, the leader has clear understanding regarding the values. However, in the latter, the values are assumed and they often lead to misconceptions.

I behaved in an ethical and acceptable manner to flourish the exit interview and negotiation process.
