Introduction

As for now I am known as a person who has great expertise in graphic design and project management. However, ten years from now I would like to be seen as a person with creative direction, management, and strategic business development qualities. I would like to be seen as someone who has excelled from being a regular employee to becoming a charismatic leader. To achieve my goals for the next ten years, I will have to start working on it from now.

If a colleague of mine will introduce me to a new employee after ten years, I would like to be regarded as a complete graphic designer and marketer who has developed himself into a transformational leader and has been the head of strategic business development. I know if I have to be seen as a leader I have to work on it from today. A leader is someone who inspires, who makes decisions affecting the company in a positive way and can assemble a team and get to work mixed with a common goal. Charisma is a quality that is often confused with the fundamental requirement for leadership. However, charismatic leadership can be achieved more easily if you work to develop the following qualities and know your strengths and use them. A leader must know the details of the business to work for the company. As far as the question is concerned, I have a number of qualities which could influence people to be led by me.

In my opinion, a leader inspires trust, not through consensus but by being clear and constant in its main lines. I have the quality that demonstrates some form of regularity, reliability and determination. Due to the factor of reliability I can manage to build the confidence as the main determinant of a collaboration which will lead to positive outcomes. As everyone knows, there is no magic formula for motivating people. Motivation comes from a domestic source. I concentrate on creating an atmosphere that will meet the needs of my team. It is preferable to understand what motivates team members and how these motivations are organized (Jung, 2003). The team members, by sensing their needs have been met, develop a sense of belonging. For this, I have the ability to create a dynamic workplace, where people can channel their energy to ensure the success of its actions individually.
