Roanoke, a Virginia branch of the Phoenix Advertising has been producing poor advertising work since the past month. This is the reason the company is losing vital clients and is also losing key employees. A couple of people from the top management and a key accountant executive have left the organization. Graphic designers and copywriters are threatening to quit the company. For earning the lost revenues, the company is accepting clients without proper evaluation and without even analyzing the effect of their inclusion on the current project.

As the vice president of the human resource department, it is my duty to uncover the issues that the employees are facing. I plan to conduct interviews departmental interviews. I will conduct interviews with the graphic department and the copywriting department. Interviews will also be conducted with the heads of all the other departments so that all the issues are uncovered related to employees.
