Evidence Based Practice in Clinical Practice

Introduction

It is important for Sam to know that the good clinical practice is international standard which is the ethical and scientific quality for designing, conducting, recording and reporting trials that involve the participation of human subjects. Adherence to this standard with reference to clinical practices and health care facilities provides public assurance that the rights, safety and well-being of the patients in these studies are protected, consistent with the principles that have their origin in the international standard of clinical practices.

Discussion

As a new graduate, Sam should know that the evidence based practice in clinical practice is the school of medicine, which is currently implemented in two categories that include separate subject evidence based practice for undergraduate and doctoral studies and EBP integrated into clinical nursing.

In the first phase, Sam should know about the basic steps of evidence based practice in clinical practice including search and evaluation of evidence found. The role of the evidence based practice in clinical practice in the processes of guiding research and reflection which aimed at deepening the comprehensive development of Sam, in reconciling with their processes of construction personnel, to mobilize the skills needed to work in an autonomous and independent development of processes of care people (Hankemeier & Van, 2011).

In the second phase, with this in mind, and with regard to learning processes regarding the Sam's powers of the general nurse, focused on the prospect of developing and updating processes of care, the need for awareness that the Sam as a student towards the development of such learning is relates himself as a future professional and researcher.

There is a need to reflect the guiding him from the standpoint of knowing - thinking like philosophy underlying those processes, and can mobilize the research and reflection on needs identified in real contexts, thus expanding their individual interests training to respond to an institution or community, developing this so also the dimension of knowledge sharing (Kokudo & Makuuchi, 2009). This dimension of learning is associated knowledge telling that may become evident when students at a stage later, the transmission of the results of their research and reflection to the target group of the context under review and may for such recourse to the strategy seminar, or other than the deemed the most appropriate time for all participants in this process and that enables equally attain this dimension of learning (McEvoy, Williams & Olds, 2010).

Sam should also aware of the purpose of the clinical practices and health care facilities are to provide a unified standard to facilitate the mutual acceptance of clinical data by the regulatory authorities in these jurisdictions. These clinical practices must be followed whenever data are generated from clinical trials that is intended must be submitted to regulatory authorities (Bahtsevani, Uden & Willman, 2004). It is also imperative and crucial to know the following as Sam should be aware of the clinical practice in health care facilities:

Healthcare facility is a separate organization team ...
