This dissertation is aims at evaluation of case of Nokta Lojistik, a third party logistics service provider in Turkey. In the study analysis includes distinction of services provided by Nokta Logistik from other logistic service provider, the key factors that influence service quality of Nokta Lojistik, current position of Nokta Logistik, its operations as third party, and how Nokta Lojistik enhance its service quality?
