Introduction & Purpose

The purpose of this paper is to present a brief summary of an article selected for the particular purpose of inclusion in the literature review. In order to do so adequately, the article will be evaluated for its strengths and weaknesses in addition to the development of a review for the same. Assistance has been taken from course materials and readings for the effective conduction of this evaluation. For this purpose, the article selected is Occupational socialization and psychological development: An underemphasized research perspective in industrial psychology by Frese (2011).
