Executive Summary
The research paper is associated with the exploration of significance of chambermaids within the success of Beauchamp hotel. The specific research question is to assess the 'effectiveness of Chambermaid related training in the Grange Beauchamp Hotel.' The questionnaires were distributed manually to the staff within The Grange Beauchamp Hotel. Before distribution, a pilot test was conducted in order to eliminate possible discrepancies and to enhance the effectiveness of the questionnaire. There were in total of 16 mixed opened and closed questions. For swift and easier research valuation, coding was applied in the questionnaire. Nowadays hotel industry focuses more on employee's capability and efficiency to deliver good customer service. These qualities are about skills, thoughts and knowledge which form the principal of the hotels' continued existence and improvement. Training is also very beneficial for chambermaids, as it increases their job satisfaction and recognition. For the duration of the training, room attendants are being introduced what the work is about, how to do, what role they play within the business. Having all the knowledge and experience gained throughout the training, they will build self-confidence and they will provide better services.

Since the research project essentially deals with the aspect of the importance of chambermaids training in the grange Beauchamp Hotel; the data collected was relevant in order to assess the significance of chambermaids. Chambermaids are significantly important within the hotel industry of United Kingdom (Cooper and Whittington, 2010 P. 1). Similarly, the Beauchamp Hotel is known for its customers services and it intends to continuously improve the services it provides in order to retain and attract more potential customers. The data was gathered through both the qualitative and quantitative research methods in order to make sure that the research makes the maximum relevant conclusions for the Hotel to improve its chambermaid services and the reputation of the Hotel. The Beauchamp Hotel being in the industry from 2008 realizes the significance of chambermaids and works constantly for the improvement of services being provided at the hotel.
The most important thing within the service industry is the quality of satisfaction being observed in the customers (Cooper and Whittington, 2010 P. 1). The basic thing that was identified in the research was the assessment of staff training being provided to the chambermaids within the Beauchamp Hotel in order to make sure that the hotel is capable enough to maintain and enhance the quality of services being provided to the customers. In the hotel industry; the most important thing is the quality of services that satisfies the customers.
