This research study is conducted to examine the role of state crisis in the recurrent problems of developing international collaboration and integration in Africa. This research study examines the role of African institutions, democracy and Colonialism. Moreover, this research study will examine the effects of colonialism on the development of modern African states. On the world map, Africa is known with a history of violence. A continent associated with Famine, army conflict, diseases bad readership, corruption. However the political, social and economic crises of the African states have done a lot to hinder their international collaboration and integration in many ways. The peaceful resolution of disputes requires the development of specific mechanisms to parties directly or indirectly contacts. Third party intervention can actively be a pressing need to assist the parties to negotiate or even propose their way out of their disputes. This dissertation has shown that violent conflicts and poverty crises have a major impact on the recurrent problems of developing international collaboration and integration in Africa.
