Overview

In this study, the reviewer will offer knowledge on the speedy increase in the underrepresentation of nursing minority students and nurses, barriers to healthcare minority access, Perceptions of Student Nurses on their nursing Educational Programs, health of the minority population, as well as reasons for minority nurses underrepresentation.

Problem of the Study

In the United States, the registered nurse minority are required in every health care setting. The access to health care is crucial for the minority population. In the nursing profession, the ethnic and racial minority are understated.
