Introduction

It is a fact little doubts that most of contemporary Western society is characterize by an increasing number of ethical and religious conflicts. The condition underlying this phenomenon can be identified with the presence of a plurality of values ??and worldviews, adopted and defended by different agents. Besides the obvious practical issues, relating to the need to find ways in which such a diversity of carriers of values ??can live together, this situation also denotes a significant condition of Justice.

In this topic, we examine those areas wherein ethical lapses are most likely to occur. Awareness of the potential for ethical issues is a crucial first step in avoiding ethical lapses. In some situations, these issues are easily resolved with the clear-cut right or wrong decisions. Other situations are more difficult to resolve, such as when the issue involves deciding between two alternatives and is neither decidedly right nor wrong. This also concludes with a review of ethical models for decision making, which can be useful in such situations.

Problem Statement

The paper also examines the issues regarding ethical challenges faced in various fields and addressing those problems is highlighted in this paper.
