Abstract

It is of prime importance to understand the need of ethics and morality in the court of law. It is therefore discussed in the paper so as to make it clear and evident that morality is very important for every individual and society in order to live a balanced and satisfied life.

Introduction

It is very important to understand the concepts like ethics, court of law and morality. There is a link between all the terms mentioned. Morality and ethics are related with the goodness and cleanliness of the thoughts. There are so many scholars and philosophers who have discussed and presented different theories and studies related to the morality and ethics. Even court of law is based on the two elements along with other factors as well. For a better society it is essential to focus on the ethics, morality and obligation of law. There are so many other points which will be discussed under the discussion section just to make it easier for individuals to understand the approaches described by different individuals. It is important to understand the crux of the teachings and then follow them in order to create this world a better place to live. Everyone deserved respect and right to enjoy equality. No one is superior over anyone else. It is the fundamental duty of an individual to follow the rules set by the law of the state. This way there will be no evil of malfunctioning in the society and every one will enjoy a good life. Following are different points discussed which will help individuals to understand the law, ethics and morality in detail.

Relationship of Ethics and Court

Ethics are beliefs. They are the rights and wrongs declared already by scholars, philosophers and every religious scholar. Some people also say that ethics are derived from religion (Singer P., 2011, pp. 3). There are different kinds of courts. All these courts have great importance because of the prosecution which takes place in them in order to keep providing justice to the right individuals. In the court of law it is mandatory to follow ethics as ethics include the basics of life and people prefer ethics over law in many religions. There are different concepts behind ethics and court. At places court negates ethics as well and at other points ethics don't support every law passed by the court. The relationship between the two is quite typical in order to understand but the most important thing is that in the court of law ethics plays the main and most important role. This is the reason why it is considered to be as very essential.
