Ethics is very important in the field of technology because the information is open to everyone, which means that if a person wants, he can access any information that he wants. Ethics in technology is important which is why the six codes; society, organization, peers, staff, the profession and one's self have been outlined. If these codes would not have been present, the field of technology would have been exploited (Johnson, 2009).
