Introduction

Ethics is philosophy's subdivision which is most concerned with exploring the temperament of responsibility, virtue, goodness and other connected conceptions. Legal Ethics is about making sure that the lawyers have the awareness of the dimensions of ethics related to legal and law practices. It is about ensuring that they work and live by the prescribed standards of ethics. Legal Ethics also offers justification of ethics for the values which are respected by the legal professions (commitment to truth pursuit, justice, clients etc.) and establish rules which are planned to facilitate the lawyers to resolve any ethical dilemmas they might face in the course of their work (Blackburn, 46).

An organization's ethical perspective needs to be reviewed when trying to resolve the issues of ethics. Every individual has his/her own ethical values due to which the significance of the identification of these values can be overlooked easily. Whether, in business or government, ethics has vital importance. Whenever an individual has to make a decision, they have to keep their morals and values in mind.

In a study of ethical decisions, in a crisis situation, Christensen and Coles (2003) defined ethical decision as one that addresses the needs and interests of all stakeholder in this issue. Gini (2004) concluded ethics is a means to find a way to balance the needs of the individual with other states. Burns (2004) discusses the ethics of leadership in three categories. Ethical virtues are considered as the symbol of sobriety, chastity, temperance, kindness, altruism - the personal rules of behavior. Weston (2001) defined moral values as personal values, which take into account the needs and expectations of others and himself. He portrayed the ethics of action to think about moral values and how best to integrate them in our actions.

Ethics and Government

We have a set of ideologies, values we have been discovering for number years, we try to systematize our live after this structure, and then examine to request that border of the brain to functional positions in our lives. However, often we find us in an inapt place because the moment we check to request our standards to this very functional inquiry in the brain, we appear to the position which is not as obvious as we would want it to be, we cannot state apparently that the best suitable substitute. Often, there is an alternative between good and awful answers, high-quality and bad, but perhaps good things are awful things (Blackburn, 46).

You have more or less the identical scheme to transact with difficulties in government. Well, you get the position and then trial to make a decision about them. You have some ideas or suppositions about what is imitating the indications. The second, is founded on the notion of rights, there are certain rudimentary human privileges should be appreciated. It is not permitted to bend individual privileges in alignment to make the good in their civilization. The third is founded on the notion of fairness or equality.
