Integrity

Work should be based on present evaluations on research, knowledge, theory and quality practices to maintain integrity, avoid conflicts and provision of adequate trainings while working with children and their families.

Training

Conflicts

Cooperative and collaborative relationship should be built at work amongst all employees.

All lawful polices and procedures should be implemented immediately and in the event of conflict, one should attempt to bring about the change in the organization by using productive plans.

Encourage subordinates and employees to work as per the ethical code of conduct and take necessary actions if unethical behaviors or actions are witnessed.

All possible efforts should be done in the event of difference of opinions in the spirit of shared responsibility.

Share information, practices, and resources in order to avoid conflicts with colleagues

Form a culture of evaluating continuous practices, trends and growth to identify the roots of conflicts and loopholes within the framework.

Support should be provided with regard to fair and just workplace rules and policies, standards and practices.

Communicate discriminatory policies and practices as early as possible to the designated authority.
