Until 2008, the members of Ethics Committee were asked to show a 2 year experience in the relevant field. However, after 2008, this policy was changed and a new policy was implemented. This policy stated the membership as voluntary and did not require any experience. However, the members were required to attend a self educational packet along with the complete orientation which would in turn establish the ethical guidelines of the committee. The members further develop their expertise in the next two to three years. The assignment is normally conducted by appointment.
