Raunak is a hardworking, intelligent and a diligent employee in a newly IT company established in London, named Glo Axact. It was his sheer determination and denotation towards the organization and his own ambitions that in a shirt period of his services to Glo Axact he was promoted to the assistant manager level of the HR department. On a more individual level, Raunak was not only loyal to his work and the organisation, but he also possessed some well defined and revered values. Originally Raunak has come to England for the sake of employment and finding a better living standard for himself and his family; however, he originally belongs to the region of subcontinent (India), which plays a great importance and placement to the values, morality and ethics.
For him, it is more important to adhere to his morals, and to acknowledge what is right and wrong, rather than just watching the unjust or unethical instance to happen. For him the level of humanity is higher than the materialistic or worldly objectives, which almost every human being endeavours to attain. However, at times, the course of the actions is dictated by the existing and present circumstances, rather than one's beliefs. Which means, no matter how much Raunak would strive to adhere to his fundamentals and values of ethics or morals; there have been numerous instances in his professional career at Glo Axact, when he had to choose between his benefits, welfare and his morals. He justifies his approach by stating that he has come to England for a reason, and he will strive to attain that objective, even if it demands him to ponder on him welfare, in comparison to his fundamental beliefs.
