Introduction

This paper intends to discuss human service agency in the state of Georgia. The paper will explore specific ethical standards that apply to the practice of professionals working in the human services field. The potential dilemmas that might arise in this work by discussing the inherent challenges with practicing within the parameters of many different types of regulation standards will be discussed in the paper. The service selected for the purpose of discussion is 'Division of Family and Children Services.' I have selected this service for the purpose of discussion because I believe this service is essentially important for the purpose of making the state of Georgia progress. The purpose of this paper is to make the reader aware about the significance of applying ethical standards to the Division of Family and Children Services.

Description of the Service Selected

The service selected for the purpose of discussion is 'The Division of Family and Children Services.' This division is basically aimed to provide assistance to the families which are needy. Moreover, the division is also responsible to provide several food benefits and social services for the purpose of assisting or providing support to low income families. The families which are in crisis get benefits from the division of family and children services. The service basically intends to strengthen the state by providing them with sufficient protection and self sufficiency.
