Introduction

Business ethics is a branch of applied ethics. It deals with the study of the moral nature policy issues raised in the business world: business management, organization of a corporation, the conduct in the market, business decisions, and so on. Business ethics is distinguished by a side business or economic sciences purely descriptive (not normative claims), such as econometrics or economic history.
