Abstract
Aviation Security is a major concern for many countries of the world, including the United States. The attacks of 9/11 in United States have also highlighted the issues of aviation security. In order to overcome the security issues of the aviation industry different efforts has made but these efforts have conceived several ethical and social issues which have impacted the airport industry. This research paper will address these issues to explore the facts of the issues.

Introduction
Aviation Security is a major concern for many countries of the world, including the United States. However, the attacks of 9/11 forced the world to re-examine their standard for the airport and aviation security procedures. This also forced the US Congress to perform some aviation security developments made to strengthen the aviation security. These developments included the improvement of prescreening system of passengers as well as the federalization of the airport screeners (Jackson et al., 2012). So far, in spite of these modifications, the Department of Transportation Security Administration and Homeland Security still are facing the challenges to advance aviation security. Breaches in Airport security not only influence the national security in addition to probable loss of people's life; however, based on the sternness of the violation, may affect fiscal0 markets, both countrywide and internationally (Stewart & Mueller, 2012).
The attacks of 9/11 exposed the world's superpower's vulnerability, leaving the US to face the issue of recovering physically and emotionally. Security has been a subject of concern for the aviation industry for some decades; however, specifically since the bombarding over a flight in 1988 at Lockerbie. Then again, the security of aviation has, up until all the more as of late, been addressed on the national level. At the worldwide level; however, for quite a while Standards and Recommended Practices have been set out by the International Civil Aviation Organization for States to actualize, these are not directed by a coupling instrument to surety their full and legitimate requisition (Roberts, 2013). Taking after the terrorist assaults of 9/11 in the United States, when aircrafts were utilized as weapons of mass annihilation, the Commission made an authoritative proposal to carry avionics security under the EU's administrative umbrella. The vulnerabilities of aviation security all over the world have generated different social as well as the ethical issue for the common people, which have impacted the airport industry in a negative way.
