ABSTRACT

The research topic of the study is based on the ethical issues in the business transactions. The business transactions are the dealings of the organization that are made by the managers of the company for completing the process of the business. The research study has made the in depth study of the business transactions that takes into account the ethical issues. The ethical issues are the code of conduct that are usually taken care by the managers of the company while making any business transaction globally. The global business transactions are usually the part of the business activity and every organization carry on this activity with greater precision and the reliability. The ethical issues are mainly the moral issues that should be taken care of by the organization.
