Introduction

Ethics has been a subject of study for thousands of years, and brilliant scholars have spent their lives exploring it. Ethics concern with the philosophical reflections on morality. Ethics involves two basic questions. One is concerned with prescribing the content of morality. The other is concerned with giving reasons for morality. Both ethics and morality are concerned with how we position ourselves in relation to others. However, research has demonstrated that bosses put profits before ethical principles. I have also experienced some ethical dilemmas in the course of my career.

Ethical dilemmas are becoming very typical in the present medical care and often it expands beyond the limitations of age, competition, sex and competition. Situation is not quickly fixed or it becomes more obvious when no appropriate solutions are discovered. Most of the period's dilemma generates very agonizing or distressful circumstances to the individuals who are engaged. Problems that we see in our group or we come across in our everyday profession are often amplified in the international group. The content “The dilemma of D-generation” from the Weekend email explains the ethical dilemma of problems with identification of the increasing kids who are created from confidential contributors. Even though these kids have amazing connection with their mother and father the query of identification, culture and record continues to be as a disaster. However, as nursing staff we should identify the ETHICAL issues and able to discover the quality that occurs from these ethical dilemmas (Hansen, 2010).

Business ethics monitors ethical conduct of members of the company and other partners. Through the business ethics two important goals of the company can be achieved: the Charter and the rules of its members and partners, and control over them. In the real sense, business ethics is a set of rules and laws of business, based on common values. The concept of value means those whom society and every individual has their preference. Social values ??include qualities such as conscience, correctness, respect, justice, etc. In terms of business, it matches the quality of products, customer satisfaction, and compliance with the rules in the advertising of the product, health and safety (Weiss, 2009). Business ethics is based on respect for the interests of not only its own company, but also its partners, customers, and society in general. This rule also applies to the competition that does not prejudice the techniques that go beyond the competition. Ethics advocates acceptance of benefits and the maximum number of market participants and equal access to them (Darnell L.,n.d.). The basis of business ethics are the moral standards that are based on language, culture and traditions of the country and people. The business and social ethics is the foundation, which is a set of ethical standards and concepts.
