Introduction

Ethics of the organization is part of business ethics. It focuses on issues of ethics of any organization. It is a practical approach: in a society does not have any influence on the behavior of others. However, in a particular organization can at least shaping ethical climate through the creation and implementation of codes of ethics, communication on matters of ethics or training on ethics. The domain of ethics is a human act, conscious and free operation of the human person that confirms or denies personal dignity which means that in organizations are not subject to an assessment of its activities (projects undertaken by it), but their managers (Bell & Coicaud, 2007). In the current business relationships has been the identification of that ethics can be considered an essence of success for modern organizations. This essence is presented through the actions between business actors, such as customers, suppliers, competitors and among the company's employees.

In the implementation, the risk is to have a code of ethics designed, well written, inserted in textbooks, but that is not the knowledge of the people or even not be accepted as effective standard guidelines of professional action. The implementation of a Code of Ethics requires the development of a specific project, with internal marketing and training activities for dissemination and fixing your content and value to the organization (Schminke, 2008). In maintaining a code of ethics is necessary to have guardians that, in general, constitute the Board of Ethics and aim: to analyze the discrepant cases or not described, and assist in identifying the needs for revision of existing items, suggesting additions or changes. This finding leads to two conclusions:

Style of doing business depends entirely on the people who run the business,

Company managers morally responsible for the actions of companies they manage.

Vision

Vision is generally formulated, the most basic purpose of the enterprise, defined in terms of quality and associated with the role of the environment. This target reflects the direction for the organization. The vision speaks loud and clear about what are the aspirations of the company, what are the requirements that must be met.

Allen & Porter (2003) defines vision as ethics in organizational culture as a pattern of basic assumptions invented, discovered or developed by the members of a company to deal with problems of external adaptation and internal integration. These would work effectively enough to be considered valid and then forward to new members as the correct way to perceive, think and feel these problems. It is observed that the practice of ethics in organizations, formal or informal paths, settles for referrals ideal behaviors and procedures that guide, model and example of actions or attitudes taken as accepted or recommended (Parker, 2008).
