Introduction

This ethical assignment's aim is to argue about the Formula One bribe case of a German banker. In this case, a German banker was convicted and found guilty of taking an illegal payment in connection with the sale of the stake of his firm in the racing series of Formula One. The payment was worth of $44m and the Reuters has reported that the German banker is jailed by a judge for more than 8 years in the case of receiving an illegal payment from the commercial chief of motor sport, Bernie Ecclestone.
