Introduction
There are people from different countries who live there and are part of it. No matter from which country anyone belongs to, fashion is something they can never ignore (Wilson 2003, pp. 128-132). The first thing that came in mind while deciding what business to start was fashion. When anyone thinks of fashion, the first thing that comes to mind is a boutique (Bruin 2003, pp. 123-145). The most common problem that everyone nowadays faces is expensive designer wear. Everyone wishes to look good, stylish, smart and elegant, and wants to show class in their wearing. Good branded apparel is what solves these problems. However, not everyone can afford such clothes. Apart from this, with the rapid growth of the fashion industry in UK, every year many students graduate from institutes of fashion designing (Wolfendal 2011, pp. 117-126). Is it easy for them to initiate a business at a proper organizational level? Some of them might, but most of them do not. For that very reason, a large amount of talent in our country remains unrecognized and unexposed.
The marketplace and the customer needs and wants
Estilomania is an exclusive and one of a kind boutique that serves the purpose of promoting fashion, style and elegance in the city! “Estilo” is Spanish for "Style"; Estilomania on the whole is just the right place for those individuals who are crazy for style, huge variety, fashionable clothing and grace in their bearing. Estilomania is a boutique that provides a service to the general public as well as to those designers striving to create a name for them. It is a boutique that promotes and endorses the large number of fresh graduates of fashion designing and other talented housewives constantly looking for an opportunity to achieve exposure and recognition. Estilomania provides a platform to these young aspiring designers to prop up their talent on an organized level. It will contain casual, formal, different cultures trendy wears.
The boutique at a marketplace
The boutique would hire five such designers at a time for a period of one year and would promote and encourage them during that time. Their logos would be displayed in the boutique, their tags would be stitched onto their products and their backgrounds would be given in detail on the website. Displaying designs of five independent designers would create humongous variety and would give the customers more options to choose from.
