General Overview

The police force is an organization of individuals authorized by the government to implement the decree, look after possessions and public security, and control general chaos. Being recently appointed as the Chief of Police Force of Orlando city in the State of Florida, I am entrusted with the charge to establish a Police Force Department within the city of Orlando. The town was chartered to function in the Committee-Managerial structure of administration. The town Committee is consisted of five associates, Mayor-Administrator and four Town Administrators, designated to particular regions generally. The town Committee selects an expert City-Manager who offers services as the Chief Managerial Representative and Chief Supervisory Official of the Town. As the Chief of law enforcement, I am selected by and serve at the pleasure of the City Administrator. As part of my given task, I will present a proposal of creating a newly Police Department in the City of Orlando. The newly agency would be named as “Orlando Police Department”.
