The core idea behind the given research paper is to investigate the effect of the individual ethics and Organizational Ethics on the ethical intention of an organization. Then intention of an individual to engage in the ethical behavior can appear as a significant dependent variable because it relates to the behavior that can represent the values of an organization. The organizational and ethical behavior also influences the ethical behavior. The core focus of the study is on the involvement of ethical intention in the decision makings of International business. The findings of this study describe that both variables that individual ethics and the organizational behavior effect the ethical intention. The ethical intentions are described as the positive effect on the business management. The result points out the fact that the younger managers of organizations are much influenced by the Organizational Ethics as compared to the one that are experienced. The results of this study call for the effective governance that can help the managers to build congruent organizational ethics in business(Barro, 2009, pp 591).

Discussion

The primary intention of corporate governance is to enable the system to empower the decision makings of business managers. This has to done by considering the rights of organizational stakeholder and at the same time keeping an eye on ethical values of an organization. The invention of a positive ethical behavior within as an organization is considered as the essential and significant aspect of corporate governance. One has to reduce the cost with more interfering and almost certainly less effectual. If managers fails to maintain a system that can provide the positive ethical culture than that the organization has to face the high cost of corporate governance, this positive ethical system can only perish if and only if the managers of an organization are seriously motivated to behave within the boundaries of good ethics. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the relation among the organizational and individual ethics in order to implement a positive organizational behavior. Therefore "in order to support the strong decision making in an organization" we have to study the effect of both variables in the involvement of organizational behavior.

The literature of this study contributes in the ethical literature of business in various senses. The primary intention of this study is to highlight the decision makings of ethics in the business. Other than various prior researches on ethics in business this research emphasizes on the ethical intentions of an organization (Nordheim, Munkvold, 2008, pp 3).
