Introduction

The subjected article 'Politics and Administration' is written by Frank J. Goodnow. In this essay critique we analyze about the authorities of the government and their execution of the policies. It is mostly found that in government organizations there are three types of authorities. Firstly, the one who is engaged in the applications of law to observe the rights of others are called judicial authorities. Secondly, the teams of supervision who execute the plan of state are known as execution authorities. The final perspective of the authority belongs to those team who implement the technical part of the commercial activities of the government are known as administrative authorities.

Discussion Analysis

It is been observed that government has made so many complexities with these authorities, in which majority are engaged in the execution of the state's will. It is believed that government has two distinct functions which are we can called the branches of the government. These purposes are designed for the convenience in the function of government. Those two functions are clearly quoted in the title of the essay 'Politics and Administration'. Politics deals with the policies and the formulas of the stat will. Administration deals with the execution of those policies. We find it clear that politics is related to the state affairs with different countries and internally in their own country. It is the social relations which involves intrigue to gain the power or authority. In the same way the meaning of the Administration relies to the method of managing the affairs of the political issues and national issues (Waldo, 1987).
