The Senior Vice President of this organization creates a virtual team consist of team members from ten different geographical locations. This step provides positive result to the company in the form of developing and implementing effective strategies for marketing.
After this good performance of team, there is a slight fall comes in the performance of the virtual team due to some unknown reason and the performance of the team becomes moderate instead of excellent performance as this team gives in its past period. Suddenly, the team leader, Ted jones decides to resign from their position and the management chooses another team leader.
Identification of Challenges in Raygen Company Virtual Leadership
The management of virtual teams is not an easy task. The virtual team members faced many problems and challenges in order to manage the teams effectively in virtual organizations.
