This paper has been written to meet the requirements of Assignment 2 for MGT8021 at the University of Southern Queensland. In order to meet the requirements that paper discusses the template to implement the MS Dynamic AX ERP package in an organization. The paper after thorough analysis have found that ERP can be implemented in Chile, but several recommendations had to be followed which are presented in the paper. The paper describes the ERP feasibility by analyzing it LCC; where the principal focus was to determine the impact of ERP Dynamics AX software in different scenarios. The economic issues analyze the features of Dynamics AX as ERP software to improve profits to company. The physical issue talks about the user interaction and maintenance. The usability issue analyzes the adaptability of the system by the re-use of procedures and resources projected to different environments. The ecological issue takes in consideration the advantages of sustainable hardware and reduction of resources in a sustainable way.

Companies have to unmistakably know what enterprise resource is planning before thinking of implementing them. The catch word of ERP implementation is speed. The quicker it is realized the quicker and better are the advantages and delivery in terms of results. This in the early hour's procedure has one more grasp.
