Introduction

By middle childhood, the ages between 6 to 12 years old are signified; those who attend school and begin to form social circles and come up with ways to cope with mental and physical challenges. This is also typically the age when children begin to form distinctive characteristics in their personality, and a sense of individuality is thus formed.
