Introduction

Objective

The aim of this article is to provide legal advice to Eric's trustees over the implications of Eric's will. The idea is to look at the three certainties in Equity and Trusts; found in English trusts law. Relevant examples would be used to shed light on the dilemmas perpetuated by Eric's will and the implications of express trust laws over it.
