Introduction

This paper intends to examine the activities and structure of an organization and accordingly two projects are identified that needs funding. Further, one of the projects is current one, while the other project is long term investment project. The company chosen for the investment projects is Crescent Fertilizers. This firm is planning to invest in a short term project of a new product line. In addition to this, as far as long term project is concerned, company is planning to set up a new plant to increasing its fertilizer manufacturing capacity to meet the demand.
