Introduction

The breed of human kind is born with the basic right of equality. All mankind, belonging from different colour, creed, race and origin have the innate sense to be treated equally. Human societies are divided on the basis of geography, demography, races, and ethnic background. This categorization of humans is not reflected in their physical structure and feature, but it may accompany different classification of social, political and cultural background. The political dominance of some countries over rest of the world has been a main reason for discrimination among human beings. The phenomenon of classification starts at the very point of birth, as a child born in certain family belongs to certain class or social status. The categorization on the basis of class has deeper influences in any society irrespective of the geographic background (D'Amato, 2010, pp 1-3).

On a larger scale the segregation of world is dominated by power influence imposed by certain developed countries of the world. The exercise has become common after World War II, when powerful economies of the world have changed the map of earth. The economic dominance of certain countries, are ruling to the rest of world, have the sense of superiority which ultimately leads to discrimination of other people around the globe. The practice has been followed has prolonged history creating the feeling of resentment among people. The discrimination on the basis of colour is common practice in United States, which have provoked many activists to fight against their basic human rights (Klug &Wildbore, 2007, pp 2-3).

Technological advancement in Europeans and other western world countries have given them the sense of superiority as they have attracted the most talented people around the world. The migrants and people, who move in pursuit of better career options, have faced discrimination in many platforms in foreign country; have given rise to many work place rules and regulations. These conventions' are introduced with the purpose of enforcing practices, based on the principles of equality and impartiality (Klug &Wildbore, 2007, pp 2-3)

Discussion

In 1946, at augural conference of United States, three countries suggested that convention should approve statement of important human rights. Due to non availability of time the proposal cannot be discussed in detail, and this lead to submission of first draft of the declaration on human rights and justice (D'Amato, 2010, pp 1-3).

The declaration contained thirty articles and to great extent, all the articles were explicitly based on the topic of equality. The four articles that is one, two four and seven emphasised the provision of basic human rights. As article 1 is states that all humans are born free and have equal, in dignity and respect.
