Ans-1) EATC is a facility managed by the government. It is a residential training center for 198 adults who receive assistance developing cognitive and independent living skills. Most residents have learning disabilities combined with difficult and chronic medical conditions. The residents' age range is between 20 years old to 60 years old. EATC has a history of diarrhea outbreaks, which may be associated with food, or could have resulted from a viral infection that caused multiple cases of illness.
