Epicurus and its right to argue on Cultivation of Expensive Tastes
Introduction about the Author
The history of Epicurus and its entire philosophy is extremely old and it focused on his independent work, the prime aspect of Epicurus work was for human happiness that an individual strives to achieve by defeating all the related pain and mental disturbance (David, K, 2012).
Further, the work of the author also deals with the empiricist theory (that deals with feeling of pain and pleasure), on the naturalistic perception and evaluation. The Epicurus also believe that the fear of that is the common factor that unnecessarily develop stress in the lives of human being and affect his routine life (David, K, 2012)
The author believes that if an individual were able to remove the existence fair in his system then he would be able to enjoy all the desired pleasure of life and be able to handle all the pain that comes with the pleasure. Thus, the author also except that old traditions, customs are not so easily removed, and primarily for that, he proposes certain exercises.
He persuades the human being to adapt to following things like to remain optimistic about the political aspect, just do the work if you feel it is right and not fear about the reward of GOD, do not focus too much on things like sex, friendship and marriage as it diverse the attention (David, K, 2012).
Hence the entire exercise structure of the Epicurus and his theories were based on leaving life in a balanced atmosphere, however there is a wide scope available for further discussion and understanding of all the theories and concept as all of them are generalized and written beautifully.
