They have taken such measures as legislation, enacting, planning and organizing the international co-operation to coping with these problems. However, issues related with Environmental pollution have not been eradicated. According to Zeng, & Eastin, (2007) Chinese non-profit organization have start changes the usage of land of lands towards market economy to inevitably lead for further environmental problems.

There are number of environmental friendly organization working in china that is committed to promoting public participating in protection of environment. According to Chen, (2000) They basically advocate green life and have an aim to push everyone to make a greenhouse in their daily life to reduce consumption of key environmental resources and bring concept of green in their life. This paper will discuss the recent promotion of low carbon life consciousness in the university campus to raise university students concerns about the issues related with environmental pollutions and call them to reduce carbon pollution.

Discussion

Till year 1950, both governmental and people of china are less aware with environmental problems and effective strategies, used for control and protect environmental. As the population has increased, this problem has become one significant barrier for Chinese economy to grow smoothly, thus there is need to developed effective plan that could be used to treat the waste well and create strategies for reducing serious diseases that might occurs in shape of Hypertension, traditional diets and hepatitis B.

Situation Analysis

The Chinese environment has suffered with some serious destruction within their economy that is also maintained the rapid growth for 30 years. According to the Health Life, China is low carbon economy development, suggested by year 2011 report (Qin, et.al, 2007). The Editor of report has believes that environment of china might continue to deteriorate. This is solving the problem for environmental pollution that might still need to more than the period of 20 years.

Analysis of University Students

The Beijing University students are more consciousness to environmental protection. The results has shown that around more than 70% university study has generally known about that this world is face some serious problem related with environmental issues (Zhu, et.al, 2005). Around less than 20% students have deep understanding related with problem. The survey has found that only 35% students did not pay much attention towards low lesser carbon life in their daily routine. The report has shows that causes of some students have lack of knowledge about environmental protection that can be summed in three major aspects. First, each of the university students themselves does have much knowledge about protection of environment. Second, education that they received in school are not much strong enough that help them know what is the individual role in protection of environment. Third, propaganda of media not goes with thorough for the environmental protection.
