The study is related to environmental regulation which particularly focuses on the use of financial penalties for reducing road transport emissions which is an important and crucial factor for reducing emission from vehicles. For that reason, it is an important method in helping to control and mitigate environmental damage in the city of London. Environmental problems in modern society come from a variety of sources. This becomes even more prevalent because of changing environment which has certain negative effects on the earth's natural processes. Hypothesis
