Introduction

The concept of environmental injustice defines the situations in which the burden of environmental damage development focuses so prevalent in places where poor people live. A logic that makes all the harmful effects of development always falls on the most vulnerable populations. The environmental injustice results from the perverse logic of a system of production, land use, destruction of ecosystems, the spatial allocation process pollutants, which penalizes the health of the working population, resident of slums and excluded by the big projects development.
