Introduction

They are having three significant issues in their health care management. These issues are creating problems for them and they are getting frustrated since they are unable to manage their operations effectively. Sanchez and Hudson, the owners of the paediatric associates are under increasing pressure to promote health. They are facing lack of support of their staff and organizational barriers. They started this paediatric associates to provide cure and proper treatment to the children in an organized way. At the time of establishment, they did not expect such expansion of their clinic. With the expansion, they started focusing on expanding the management, hiring new staff, and training them. Soon they forgot their main purpose of establishing that pediatric (Schroeder, 2001). Now, as they are exhausted and they have realize that there is something lacking in the system, so it is considered to be very important for them to design and implement organizational change in their office.

If I would there instead of Hudson and Sanchez, I would implement the organizational change in the following steps:

Building a guiding team

In order to overcome these challenges, it is important to develop a sense of responsibility and emergence in the doctors, managers, staff and accountants of the health care centre. Right members must be selected who understand their responsibilities and they must be aware of the importance of valuing their patients. They must be ambitious of treating and cutting the disease of the patients. They must be devoted towards their profession of human service.

The team members involved in implementing the organizational change must be highly skilled and talented to manage the changes (Walsh, Currier, Shah, Lyness and Friedman 2008). They must have sufficient knowledge related to the changes that are required to be implemented in the health care centre. They must be aware of its significance and after effects. They are already aware of the benefits of EHR but the problem is that the EMR is over burdened with bulk of patients. I would introduce new sets of EMR to reduce the errors in health care would be reduced.

It would definitely assist the team members to develop a vision of for the implementation of change management program. They must also be skilled with the ability to create with peers. By providing effective guidance to the team members who are trustworthy and responsible, would develop a sense of reliability among the different members of the team and this trust would ultimately changed into believability. It has always been observed in the organizational plan that when workers of any organization believe in the strengths and efforts of the individuals in the role of leadership, then they believe on the ideas communicated to them and they are also motivate to implement those ideas into their practices (Walsh, Currier, Shah, Lyness and Friedman 2008).
