UCC is Uniform Commercial Code compiled to facilitate the law of sales and other commercial transactions of fifty American states. UCITA stands for Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act. This law facilitates the transactions related to computer information, software, software access contacts and online databases. This law was produced by NCC (National Conference of Commissioners) on Uniform State Laws.
