Introduction

The main purpose of this paper is to conduct an interview to the entrepreneur and makes an analysis and reflection of the interview. This analysis considers the observed traits and capacities of the interviewee also the personal reflection on perceived challenges in undertaking entrepreneurial activity. Business concepts and entrepreneur are always together, so it is difficult to dissociate from each other in the time of definitions and theoretical and practical considerations.

Interview Questions Rationale & Summary (See Appendices)

I have conducted an interview to an entrepreneur and asked him different questions regarding his entrepreneurship experiences. The rationale behind these interview questions is to get the complete information and proper knowledge about the entrepreneurship and the role of the entrepreneur. I have asked different questions in this interview, and these questions were mainly about the entrepreneurship. The main rationale behind this interview was to get the information that what is the basic role of entrepreneurs (Arenius, 2005, p. 233). Another reason for designing this interview was to get the knowledge about the challenges faced by the entrepreneurs. I have asked different questions in this interview, and questions are as followed:

What is the reason and story behind opening your business? When did you start your business? The main reason behind this question was to get information about the thinking of an entrepreneur and know that what the crucial factor is that lead an entrepreneur to open his business. Another question, which I asked in the interview, is that what challenges you have faced when starting the business. The rationale behind this question is to understand the challenges and which an entrepreneur can face while opening his business. By getting thorough knowledge about the challenges of the entrepreneur, the new entrepreneurs can be very well aware of these challenges and can mentally prepare them for facing these. I also asked the entrepreneur the question about the ways he faced the challenges and how did he overcome these challenges. The rationale behind asking this question is that the new entrepreneurs should take a complete knowledge about the ways through which they can deal with these challenges and overcome these challenges. This is a very important question which can help many entrepreneurs in knowing the different challenges and the ways through which they can overcome these challenges (Autio, 2005, p. 335). I have also asked different questions about the main role of the entrepreneur and the functions which they perform as an entrepreneur. The rationale behind these questions was to understand the concept of entrepreneurship and the main roles and functions of an entrepreneur. This is also a very important question when it comes to discussion about the entrepreneurs and their roles. Thus, through these questions I can get the necessary and possible information about the entrepreneurship, and how they face and overcome the different challenges.
