Abstract

This paper deals with providing detailed understanding needs for the success of entrepreneurship and small business developments. Leaders play a major role in the success of the business and in case of entrepreneurship and small business developments, it is very essential that leader or manger must have knowledge about the effective leadership skills. This paper discussed various leadership models and theories. It also provide practical example of one of the most successful leader, Steve Jobs and his leadership aspect of entrepreneurship, which resulted in success of Apple Inc. This paper also provides detailed overview of Apple Inc., to understand how the company become successful in the field of latest technological advancements. Later this paper investigates the aspects of Steve Jobs's leadership aspect of entrepreneurship, which resulted in success of Apple Inc.

Introduction

There are various problems associated with the management of business, to deal with risks, liabilities of the business. Apart from financial and other organizational problems it is also very difficult to manage employees and management of the organization. It is very difficult for both small and large business entrepreneurs, but there are a number of different leadership theories and traits that assist in overcome hurdles in the business organization. With the passage of time, technological development has made it more complex and difficult to deal with the changing situation of business organization. Latest technological advancements and rapid discoveries in the field of information technology have also resulted in creating hurdles for the organizations to meet the requirements of modern world of technology. It has also resulted in increasing the threat for the business organizations by easy entering of the competitor in the market. Therefore, it is very difficult for the organizations to deal with these major concerns. These problems are more difficult to manage by the entrepreneurs and small business developments due to limited supply of capital and to manage the fast changes in the field of technology, or to deal with the problems associated with competitors.

Effective management and leadership abilities are the key to success in the entrepreneurship and small business developments. Only with the effective leadership, it is possible to look for the solution of all hurdles in the field of business. Especially for the small business development it is not possible to manage heavy losses by the hurdles and threats from internal and external environment.
