Texas Food is an electrifying casual theme presenting Texas MidTexas foodstern style foods. The purpose of this idea is the fact that there is a gap in the market for this kind of food and it will act as a unique selling point. In order to make this idea happen I need to increase my investment capital, get financing of GBP 500,000 to expand the business and secure a perfect location for the restaurant (Business plan, 2013). The name 'Texas Food' has been chosen since it signifies the food the restaurant will be serving. Moreover, it will act as a punch line for the customers and they will understand quickly about the business.

Texas Food is a novel restaurant that will be an entirely unique idea. The spot chosen has proven at one time to be a brilliant position for a restaurant owing to its location close to a cinema. This restaurant will provide a double function by offering traditional family dining along with an exceptional Texas MidTexas foodstern theme, and the take away window concept. The dinning lounge of the restaurant can hold up to 60 persons at a time. The attraction for the food lovers they will enjoy the music while having their meal and when they wait for their turn to serve they will be offer free appetizer drink and pleased by their delicious traditional and continental foods under one roof. Either side of the table the customer have their menu card with the deals and the prices, they can order their desired food (Gellynck, X., Vermeire, B., & Viaene, J. 2007, pp, 209-226).
