Other than this the customers can place the customized order of specific design and size, by visiting the business website and the order will be delivered on their door step. The business purchases raw materials from Pakistan and India and has their factory operations in Pakistan availing the cheap labor cost which is a competitive advantage of our business. The business started generating revenues after the first quarter finished. Once the business plan is successful then the partners will look forward for expansion by penetrating the market of California with an opening of another retail store as majority of South Asian Population has been living there for years.

The need of this business was realized after observing its potential and growth in fashion industry of America, where the people are really impressed by the eastern bridal wears and formal dresses. The market serving the fashion industry is saturated with western clothing and accessories. Fashion is described as an individual mode of expressing one's personality through their clothes and apparels. As said by John that everybody now wants to have something of unique style which is different from what others have it (Kusnezov, 2012, p.1). Hence, to serve the Asian American market the partners find the best opportunity to come up with this brand which has huge potential of growth and profit.

The Mission statement for our retail brand is to Be Eastern and Buy Eastern. The purpose is to offer eastern lines of clothing for women.

To create an environment for shopping eastern dresses by developing the likeness towards its unique designs.
