Summary

NECA wish to contribute to this community, the proprietor realizes there is a gap in the market especially in the north east of England for a personnel agency that fills a void left by other temporary and permanent agencies. NECA will only match specifically skilled workers with clients, this way it will save the business time and money, while providing its employees with trustworthiness and respect. This means the company will acquire high level of communication which basically means asking open ended questions and listening a lot more and not talking. NECA will look at its competitors and not just look at a selling point, but to provide a quality service.

A long tern vision includes extending the brand image, which means to carry out a number of offices throughout the north east to gain more awareness. NECA doesn't just see a vision in growth, but in training too. NECA encourages all its personnel to treat all its clients and employees with the same care and same level of communication.

Introduction

North East Catering Agency is structured similar other temporary and permanent placement agencies. However, it will serve clients with needs for select, specialized professionals in the catering field rather than clerical or light industrial workers.

Mission Statement

NECA (North East Catering Agency) mission is to contribute to the community by filling a need for specialized, professional, contingent workers. The company will provide workers with a safe and independent environment. It will also provide businesses with a high calibre of employee available for project or permanent work. All About People listens to individual needs and customizes personnel solutions for both businesses and workers.

Aims and Objectives

NECA plan to employ the very best candidate to join their team and provide an excellent service to their clients. This could be head chef, cook, waiter or manager.

Our aim is to interview all clients before we take them on, they will give us a very good understanding if they are interested in what we offer, otherwise it may just be a waste of time and could cost the company money.

Making sure all employees are trained to the full standard that is required from the company. And making sure they give honest feedbacks towards the clients

NECA plan to make a good profit in the third year, first two years will be trying to pay of loans, overheads and wages

To grow client awareness in the north east

Making sure the business is healthy and it survives

Making sure the company does not go over budget and keeps a good eye on cash flow

To provide good valuable worthwhile courses for the clients

NECA main goal is to get all its clients as the best candidate to any catering business, this will make the company a more reliable to employers.
